Registration Process
Follow these steps to join Clubhouse Living — from your initial form to booking your first class.
Complete the Initial Registration Form
Click on the Sign Up / Login button at the top right of the home page and complete the initial registration form. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation and notification that our Executive Director, Steph Deibler, will contact you to answer any questions you may have and complete the registration process with you.
Member Consultation
Steph Deibler will contact you by phone or email to discuss the individual interested in attending Clubhouse Living. This conversation helps us learn more about the prospective member, decide which package is right for them, and determine the appropriate funding arrangements.
Account Setup
Steph will update your member account with the appropriate funding and payment information. Once this process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation and be asked to create an account. Your account should include the original email you provided and a password of your choosing. After creating your account, you will be able to begin enrolling in activities.
Class Registration Confirmation
Once you have registered for an activity, you will receive a registration confirmation email. Please note, activities have maximum enrollment capacities. We encourage you to begin the registration process as soon as possible to secure your preferred activities.
